Community Spotlight- Kindred Kitchens with Angela Argentina
“Your health is your wealth and if you do not have a lot of time, then having a connection to a source where you can purchase healthy prepared meals. Growing your own produce and making your own meals is another way to ensure that you are eating healthy.” - Angela Nuhn

Just one weekly fast food or food delivery service accounts for 30,000 tonnes of single use containers and that these are mostly plastic. We must all do our part to reduce our carbon footprint, consume less single-use plastic, and continue to educate ourselves on the impact we can have if we pay more attention while making purchases, ordering food, and what type of plastic recycling is available in our own community. - Angela Nuhn
Angela is a jack of all trades. She is a hero for Mother Earth, a hero to animals, and a hero to humanity saving the world one meal at a time, one community at a time, one project at a time, and one movement at a time. - SynerG Media
Africa Being healthy and contributing to the environment
“People are fed by the food industry, which pays no attention to health and people are treated by the health industry which pays no attention to food. Our goal is to bridge that gap and turn food into medicine.” says Angela Nuhn, vegan chef, food activist and founder of Kindred Kitchens.
“I realized that being healthy is a holistic practice. It is about learning about bio-individuality, meaning we are all different and we all interact with our environment differently.” says Angela.
Yoga Yay Podcast #16
My main goal in life is to help adults get into the best shape of their life in body, mind and spirit. Life’s not about yo-yo diets, burning fat, building muscle or practicing yoga everyday (although I do recommend it), life is about finding your passion, doing what fuels you and most importantly, being healthy and happy.
(healthy and happy)
That looks like something different to everybody.
One thing I’ve learned is that everybody is on their own journey, and in the end, it’s not just a race against time, but it’s only with ourselves... So be kind. Rather than compare or compete, what if we just supported one another to be the best that we can be, what if we all just aligned?
