The 'Adventures with SMART Foods' is nestled under the Climate Smart Victory Garden Cooking component and is a collaborative effort between FBSC and Kindred Kitchens to provide education, training and certification through this fun, interactive learning program provided virtually over the course of 8 weeks to students from around the world.

 

The intention is to promote healthy eating, sustainable lifestyle using locally plant-based ingredients. Certifications can be used in conjunction with programs like The Restaurant Evolution in the future and to help support sustainable entrepreneurship and awareness combined with valuable, valid accreditation promoting best practice.
