Our next Intro to Plant-based Cooking Classes begin January 4th, 2021!
You will receive the first module on the 3rd and we will go over the course expectation, what's included, what you will need, health and safety and provide a platform for answering any questions. After the first class, we dive in and very quickly you will be equipped to make something delicious, healthy and super quick, using healthy, whole foods and plant-based ingredients.
Appropriate for all levels. Recipes are 100% vegan.

Week 5: Japanese
Week 6: Indian
Week 7: Caribbean Cuisine
Week 8: Creative Cooking & Exam

Students will receive a food journal, recipes, gain exclusive access to course content and be able to ask any questions about plant-based diet, special dietary requirements or integrative nutrition.
Students will receive a certificate of completion upon finishing.
